Relax on the private decks and hot tub, or unwind in the Jacuzzi tub in your own private and spacious bathroom.
The Balsam Suite
The Balsam Suite has two queen bedrooms and living/kitchenette that includes fridge, small appliances, dishes, linens, cable TVs & DVD/VCR and sofa bed to easily accommodate 6 guests or more (catering service available by request). Relax on the shared decks and hot tub, or unwind in the Jacuzzi tub in your own private and spacious bathroom.

It is an excellent location for guests to stay while enjoying a wine tour of the South Island.
Barbeque on your private patio, play volleyball, badminton, croquet or bocce ball on the front lawns. The suite has its own telephone line, high-speed wireless internet and even a laptop computer available by request. All televisions have cable service, DVD/VCR and complementary movies and books. There is parking space reserved for guests plus plenty of additional parking on the street.
